Insulating coating is essential for the print circuits of membrane switches. JELCON IN-15M is one-component type of insulating inks which is designed to print on untreated PET.
Characteristics 1. Excellent insulating properties (resistance:≧ 1013 Ω) 2. One component type. Fast cure 3. Excellent adhesion and flexibility 4. Blocking will not occur due to their matte finish. 5. Good levelling. Few pin holes appear. 6. The influence on silver circuits and the increase in resistance are small. 7. Stable on screen. Printability including reproducibility is good. 8. Skin irritation is low. Safe to handle.
