2. Delivery Lead-time

• Inks & Plastic Films

- Domestic: 2-3 business days (excluding public holidays or weekends)

- Overseas: 7-21 days (depending on the mode of transport used and the country of delivery)

• Machines

- Please check the availability and more details from our customer service. The delivery lead-time depends upon the manufacturer.

3. Return - Replacement and Warranty Policy

In the case that the customer initially ordered the incorrect goods and wishes to return and request for replacement. If the customer advises our company within 14 days from the date of goods receipt or invoice date, our company is willing to refund/replace the goods within 3 working days from the request with the following conditions

1. Inks: We are willing to accept the return or replacement of standard colors only and reserve the right to not return/replace color matched inks.
2. Plastic film: We are willing to accept the return or replacement of standard size/roll only and reserve the right to not return/replace any slitted or cut plastic films/sheets
3. For imported specialty goods exclusively for individual client, we reserve the right to not return or replace in all cases.
4. The company has warranty for each product type, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and brand.
